In today’s Happy Hours, we’ve got one seriously killer peach mojito (with good food to pair!) and a Red Rock Resort BBQ restaurant where you can get a full on sandwich (with side) at a steal for most of the night.

First up, at True Food Kitchen in Downtown Summerlin, they’re currently serving up their peach mojito on the Happy Hour menu, and THIS. THING. IS. TASTY.

Next up, over at Red Rock Resort, Lucille’s Smokehouse serves up a couple of full sandwiches on their Happy Hour menu (Pulled Pork for $10 or Nashville Hot Chicken for $11) complete with side, and their Happy Hour runs most of the night. As long as you don’t need to eat between 7 and 9 pm, you’re pretty much golden for their Happy Hour pricing.
