Welp, it’s finally upon us, the eve of the Michaels opening in Downtown Summerlin. So, whether you’re stoked to have a Michaels closer to home or dreading another store going in there because that parking lot is already chaos, it all goes down tomorrow.

And while we’re on artsy subjects, if you take your art and crafting to the level of true art and have some wares to sell, you might want to apply for the Summerlin Festival of Arts. The festival’s not until October, but applications are due in by June 2, so if you want a booth, you better get on it.
