Anyhoo… if you’re not meal-prepped for Easter, most restaurants are open, with some, like Fleming’s and True Food Kitchen, doing prix-fixes. Fleming’s is pricey. True Food’s is not… even if I’m hesitant to recommend paying for anything in advance there after our Fall Menu Tasting debacle. You just go ahead and call me “Still Salty,” ‘cause I am.
